IndiaFor creators and the managers who run their deals

Your brand deals, payments and taxes, in one ledger.

A ₹1 lakh deal is ₹72,000 after your manager and TDS, ₹86,400 in the bank, and ₹14,400 of GST that was never yours. Dulypaid works all of it out, raises the invoice, and reminds you before the 45-day wait turns into 60.

45 days

is the standard brand payment cycle, from go-live. Most creators find out it's late by checking their bank.

3 deductions

between the deal value and your account: the agency fee, TDS, and GST that you collect for the government.

11th, 20th, 15th

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and advance tax. Miss one and the late fees outlast the brand deal.

What it does

The back office a creator business needs.

Not a spreadsheet, not a generic invoicing app. Built around how brand deals, managers and Indian tax actually work.

Every deal, worked out

Agency fee, TDS and GST on every deal before the brand pays, so you know what's yours and what lands in the bank.

Reminders that nag for you

Five days before a payment is due, the day after it isn't, and every draft, approval and go-live in between. One email each morning.

GST invoices in a minute

Numbered in sequence for the year, CGST+SGST or IGST worked out from the brand's state, your bank and UPI details, emailed as a PDF.

TDS you can actually claim

Every deduction tracked by quarter, with a nudge to confirm it in Form 168 (the new 26AS) once the brand files.

The tax calendar, handled

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, QRMP payments, advance tax and your ITR, until you mark them filed. Your CA will notice.

Paste the brief, get the deal

Drop in the brand's email and the fee, deliverables, dates and terms fill themselves in for you to check.

Affiliate links that count

Short links for Amazon, EarnKaro or Wishlink with click counts, coupon codes and a monthly earnings log.

A media kit brands can use

Your stats, rates and past brands on one public page. Inquiries arrive in your deals as leads.

Built for managers too

Run several creators from one login. Invite an accountant who can export and file, but not edit deals.

The morning email

Nothing slips through.

Every morning at 8, one email with what needs you: who owes you, what's due this week, which draft is late and which return is coming. On quiet days, nothing.

Questions

Do I need to be GST-registered?+

No. If you aren't, invoices are issued without GST and the GST deadlines are hidden. Registration is mandatory once your services cross ₹20 lakh a year (₹10 lakh in special category states).

Is this tax advice?+

No. It does the arithmetic and keeps the dates, using the standard rules. Rates and due dates are editable, and your CA should confirm anything you're unsure about.

My manager takes 20%. Does it handle that?+

Yes, both ways managers work: the agency keeps its cut before paying you (you invoice the rest), or you invoice the full amount and pay the agency yourself.

Can my manager or CA use it?+

Yes. Invite them as Manager (runs deals and invoices) or Accountant (reads everything, exports, marks returns filed). A manager can switch between several creators.

Where is my data stored, and who sees it?+

In a Postgres database on Supabase, behind your sign-in. Your public media kit shows only what you choose to publish. Money data is never public. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Can brands pay me through it?+

No. Brands pay you directly as they do today. Dulypaid tracks what's owed, what arrived and what's late.
