Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Dulypaid (operator name not set) for the use of Dulypaid. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Dulypaid helps creators and their teams record brand deals, calculate fees and taxes, issue invoices, track payments, TDS and filing deadlines, manage affiliate links and publish a media kit.
Not tax, legal or financial advice
Dulypaid performs calculations and shows dates using standard rules and the settings you choose. Laws, rates and due dates change, and your situation may differ. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue and the returns you file. Consult a qualified chartered accountant before relying on any figure or date.
Your account
- Keep access to your email secure: sign-in codes are sent there.
- You are responsible for what your invited team members do in your workspace.
- The data you enter is yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dulypaid for anything unlawful, to issue fake or misleading invoices, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay.
- Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for existing subscribers.
Availability
We work to keep Dulypaid available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Reminders and emails depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, penalties or interest charged by authorities.
Ending the agreement
You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
